I do not care for her love poems nearly as much as I do for her poems concerning nature. She had a way of seeing nature in a way that gets me to see it differently. I am not a nature lover at heart, and maybe she gives me a little something that I am lacking in that regard.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6022230834119760805.post-53198841721353169392012-07-02T16:10:40.571+01:002012-07-02T16:10:40.571+01:00That's another one of her poems I like as well...That's another one of her poems I like as well!! :)
Thanks for commenting!Juli Rahelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15367150240867758577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6022230834119760805.post-16483390146075120072012-07-02T16:08:54.599+01:002012-07-02T16:08:54.599+01:00That's something I love about Dickinson as wel...That's something I love about Dickinson as well, that there is something for everyone! And the Inquisitor as God is a great interpretation, but I was trying to look at it from the perspective of love! The "Inquisitor" might also refer to a being that resides over death, like God, someone who is severe.

The thing I like about Dickinson is her ambiguity. Any number of people can come away with any number of interpretations of her poems.
